What to expect after you reach out

Once your request goes through, a provider in our network may contact you to ask a few questions. They may ask about the age of the roof, the type of shingles, and what you have noticed. Some will offer to visit and look at the roof in person.

You do not have to agree to anything on that first talk. Listen, ask questions, and take notes. Then compare what you hear.

What we ask of providers

Providers in our network are asked to:
